This sessions didn't result in ejaculation but the patient enjoyed it thoroughly. Some patients have body orgasms without ejaculation and feel very satisfied. I could tell by his body movement that he was having one of those types of orgasms. He is now a challenge for me and I'm determined to get him back for a full release.
