This patient contacted me with concerns about his prostate. I was a bit surprised because he's in his 20's and I don't normally see that at the clinic. I started out with a routine prostate exam before getting started and everything seemed be normal. I then measured him soft and then again hard.
The next step was to see how much cum he produces. As most people already know, the volume of semen is produced by the prostate, not the testicles. His volume was on the low side so I'm suspecting that he may be on some kind of prostatitis medication. I'm going to continue working with this patient to see if I can increase his volume to where he's happy and confident.
