This was my first session of 7 for the day. I had a new patient that wanted to try the Sybian and he really enjoyed it but found the stimulation to be a bit too intense so after I got him nice and warmed up I put him on my milking table to get a big load out of him. I asked him about the Sybian and he told me he thinks he was too sensitive because he held off from cumming for about a week. We'll try to achieve full-release from prostate stimulation next time.
