I had a flood of patients and got a bit backlogged and this poor guy sat in my waiting room for over an hour waiting for his session. he had to hear every guy on his way out say how great the experience was so when it was finally his turn he was mentally and physically warmed up to get milked dry. He came so fast that I didn't even get to his prostate. If I knew he was that ready I would have put a condom on him first.
