Some of my patients are quiet when they cum but I prefer patients like this who are more vocal and it sounds like it feels amazing. I'm sure the Venus 2000 felt great as it milked him but I'm sure my finger massaging his prostate is what pushed him to the brink of ecstasy. Well, at least I like to think so :)
Either way, this was a very successful session leaving my patient very satisfied.
