This was the first patient I recorded for his prostate milking session. It was his first time doing anything like this and the Sybian was a little too much stimulation for him so he road the vibration part while I slowly stroked him. He got very excited and started thrusting in my hand until he released a nice load. I hope he comes back for a thorough prostate milking.
