I bought a new toy for the clinic that's called the "Liberator". It's pretty much a fancy name for a memory foam wedge that was designed to be used by couples to help with various sex positions. While I was picking up some supplies at the local sex shop I saw this on display and asked the guy working if he thought it would be good for giving guys reverse handjobs, lol. I knew it would, I was just going for some shock value and to have him ask me what the hell a "reverse handjob" was.
As you can see in this video, it works great and I think my patients are really going to enjoying the very relaxing milking session.
